After reading and understanding the terms and agreement, you may begin selling to us.
- I am 18 years or older.
- I did not obtain my diabetic supplies from any government programs.
- I am the rightful owner of the diabetic supplies that I am selling. If this turns out to be untrue, I will not receive payment.
- I have the right to dispute the amount payed up to 15 days after payment is issued.
- I understand that prices are subject to change depending upon the condition, expiration dates, types of supplies, and the market. The price you will be paid is the price listed at the time of your order.
- I understand that in order to be paid full price, products must be in mint condition and at least 9 months from expiring, OR see specific product descriptions for minimum expiration dates.
- I understand that I may or may not be paid a reduced price for damages or short dates. Please refer to specific product descriptions for expiration and damage requirements.
- When counting months until expiration, I understand that this month is considered "month 0" and next month is considered "month 1."
- I have read the damage guidelines on the FAQ page of US Medical Excess' website.
- US Medical Excess only purchases diabetic supplies with NDC codes, not international supplies.
- US Medical excess has the right to not purchase products that do not meet their guidelines and standards. If products are received too short dated, too damaged, or they receive products not listed on their website, they will not pay for them.
- If US Medical Excess receives products that don't meet their standards, they will donate or dispose of them. US Medical Excess will not return them to me.
- My diabetic supplies are factory sealed, haven't been resealed in any way, and the inside contents haven't been tampered with in any way. If these supplies turn out to be tampered with or unsealed, US Medical Excess will not pay for them.
- I understand that any fees applied to my payment are not the responsibility of the Payor. For example, Paypal takes a 2.9% fee out of payment for goods and services transactions. This is the responsibility of the seller.
- US Medical Excess will send out payments within 24hrs of products received and inspected, but I understand that payment apps, such as Paypal, may choose to put a hold on payments. This is not the responsibility of the Payor and has to be resolved through the payment entity.
- I understand that US Medical Excess cannot reverse electronic payments after they have been sent. If I input incorrect payment information, it is not the Payor's responsibility to refund my payment. If this occurs, I am responsible for contacting the payment entity for a solution.
- I understand that US Medical Excess is not responsible for errors on checks due to incorrect information inputted by me. If my check needs to be canceled for this reason, I will be responsible for the $33.00 cancellation fee.
- I understand that checks are sent via USPS First Class Mail, and are not trackable. They may take up to a week or more to be delivered, depending upon USPS speed, holidays, etc. If checks are not received before 30 days after mailing, US Medical Excess will cancel the payment. If this happens, an alternative payment method is preferred to insure this does not happen again.
